Train your brain to work at its best
At the ADD Centre, we offer top-grade brain training—also known as neurofeedback or EEG biofeedback. Our program helps you strengthen focus, emotional balance, and stress control through real-time feedback and practice. It's a personalized and effective exercise for your brain, helping you learn to regulate attention, emotion, and stress more effectively.

Whether you’re managing ADHD, struggling with anxiety, or simply looking to enhance mental performance and focus, our neurotherapy programs are designed to help you take your brain to a whole new level.
How does brain training work?
There are a few important aspects of what we do here at the ADD Centre. You can find out more below.
What is neurofeedback/EEG biofeedback?
Neurofeedback uses a gentle approach with small sensors placed on your scalp and ears to measure brainwave activity. The computer provides real-time feedback, showing you when your brain is calm, focused, and balanced—what we call “the zone.”
With practice, your brain learns to return to this optimal state more easily. Over time, you may notice better attention, reduced anxiety, and improved stress resilience.
Our sessions are guided by trained coaches who provide encouragement, support, and progress tracking every step of the way.
What is brain mapping?
Before beginning your brain training program, we perform an initial assessment that comprises two elements:
-
Cognitive testing (it analyzes your brain functions, such as attention and memory)
-
EEG assessment—either a single-channel evaluation or a full brain map (QEEG). This allows us to see how different brain regions are functioning and identify patterns related to attention, mood or self-regulation.
Based on this data, we design a personalized brain training plan tailored to your unique situation and needs.

What do brain training sessions look like?
During each session, you’ll engage in interactive exercises and games that respond to your brain activity in real time.
Bowling screen: when you’re calm and focused, the bowling ball rolls straight down the lane and gets a strike—reinforcing that optimal state.
Sailboat race: your green boat moves forward only when your brain is relaxed and focused, helping you practice stress regulation and attention control.

Breathing and heart rate are displayed to help improve heart rate variability instead of build, thus building stress resilience.

Each program typically includes 40 hours of training, completed over about five months (two sessions per week). If that’s your preference, you can opt for a more intensive program that takes less time to complete.

• Improve communication between brain regions
• Train multiple brain areas simultaneously
How LORETA works

LORETA training sessions use video or animation feedback: When your brainwaves move in the right direction, the movie plays; when they don’t, it pauses—helping your brain learn to stay balanced and focused.
