

About The ADD Centre:
The A.D.D. Centre® began in the fall of 1992 and was incorporated in 1993. We currently operate with a Director, CEO, and 15 part-time staff with university degrees (many with advanced degrees - Masters and Doctorate levels) or professional qualifications in education and health related fields.
We are currently the largest centre in Canada using EEG Biofeedback for ADD, with over 100 hours of training provided each week. Although clients include University professors, professionals, and senior executives who come to optimize performance it also works with patients in the treatment of epilepsy, Asperger's Syndrome, learning disabilities, Tourette's syndrome, closed head injury, autism, mood disorders, tension, and anxiety. The approach is one of education, training, and learning.
Dr. Lynda Thompson, Ph.D., BCN, is a Registered Psychologist with experience in teaching, clinical psychology, school psychology and ownership of learning centres. She has been the Executive Director of The ADD Centre® since 1993. Her doctoral dissertation (1979) dealt with self-esteem in hyperactive children. Dr. Lynda Thompson is co-author with pediatrician William Sears of The ADD Book: New Understandings, New Approaches to Parenting Your Child, published by Little, Brown & Co. of New York.
Dr. Lynda Thompson has authored Setting Up For Clinical Success (with the Biograph Pro-Comp +/biograph) published by the Biofeedback Foundation of Europe.
She has also co-authored the basic textbook for this area of professional work; The Neurofeedback Book, An Introduction to Basic Concepts in Applied Psychophysiology, published by The Association for Applied Psychophysiology and Biofeedback.

Andrea Reid-Chung, M.A., C. Psych., BCN, is a psychologist registered with the
College of Psychologists of Ontario. With over 20 years of extensive experience at the
ADD Centre, working closely with Dr. Lynda Thompson, she has become an integral
part of the team. As the clinical director, she is engaged in treatment planning utilizing
neurofeedback, biofeedback, and LORETA neurofeedback. She is responsible for
developing the staff training program at the ADD Centre, ensuring that all staff members are well-prepared to help clients achieve the best results training.
Andrea Reid-Chung is certified by the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance
(BCIA) as an EEG-Biofeedback practitioner. She also has extensive experience with 19-
channel QEEG editing and analysis and has completed the didactic training for QEEG
certification.
She also serves as a mentor for professionals seeking to enhance their skills
in biofeedback and neurofeedback. This demonstrates her commitment to sharing her
knowledge and expertise with practitioners worldwide.
She has presented at international conferences and assisted in teaching workshops.
Ms. Reid-Chung was the first author on a paper investigating the effects of heart rate
variability on sensorimotor rhythm and is a co-author with ten other professional
publications in the field of neuro/biofeedback.

Lena Santhirasegaram, MC, C.Psych., CCC., BCN is a registered psychologist in Alberta and Ontario, a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC), and a Biofeedback Certification International Alliance (BCIA) certified EEG-biofeedback practitioner with over 20 years of clinical experience.
She is a skilled LORETA neurofeedback provider and a mentor for professionals seeking to enhance their skills in neurofeedback and biofeedback. Her role as a Cogmed coach further demonstrates her commitment to guiding others in the field.
Lena's recognition in the field is further underscored by her role as the first author of a paper exploring the effect of Neurofeedback treatment for ADHD. Her presentation at an international conference and her involvement in teaching workshops are a testament to her expertise.
Lena's commitment and experience are evident in her long-standing tenure at the ADD Centre and Biofeedback Institute of Toronto in Ontario. She has a wealth of experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults who face various personal and interpersonal challenges in a counselling capacity.
